Party Packages
Make your parties easier at St Mary’s
Our party packages are an easy way for you to get everything you need for a successful party in one place.
Our basic packages come standard with access to a party room and kitchen and if you need more space to run around consider one of our space add-ons.
We also work with partners to provide catering and sports activity options.
Basic package
Start simple with our basic package. Access to either our garden room or Johnston room with the kitchen space included. Each space has a service window from the kitchen into the hire rooms allowing you to prepare food and keep an eye on the party.
Bookings are for three hours minimum and a damage and additional cleaning deposit of £100 will be needed. This will be returned to you at the end of your booking assuming the room is left in the same state as you found it.

£182 for three hours
£45 for every additional hour
Johnston room and Kitchen
£225 for three hours
