Our gym
Located within St Mary's Neighbourhood Centre our gym is a great place to exercise solo or in small groups. We also run regular exercise session and have staff who are experienced in working with people going through long term recovery. If you would like to arrange to meet with our staff to discus exercise plans or arrange a session please contact us here
Gym access with shower £3.50 per session

Mature exercise group class £8.00 per session
Our gym space is also avaible for private hrie of the space. If you are a personal trainer, want to run your own fitness session or just want the privacy of a gym for you or a small group we can cater for that. Bookings of the space come with access to all equipment, as well as access to the showers and changing facilities.
Standard rate £55.00 per hour
Charity rate £50.00 per hour
Regular bookings (More than five session) £48.00 per hour

Opening hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 9.00am till 2pm on Saturdays
The gym is closed during group exercise classes unless you are a member of that group.
