Children and Families
Our Children and Families Ministry is a vibrant and welcoming space where children can grow in faith, build friendships, and experience God’s love through fun activities.
Kids Church takes place on the first three Sundays of the month at our 11am service and is open to all children from Reception to Year 6. There is always a story, discussion and an activity. A creche is available at our 11am service every Sunday for younger children and their parents.
On other Sundays there are activities for children including colouring and word searches.
If your child would like to join any of our Sunday children’s groups please fill in this form.

Sunday creche (Ages 0 to 3)
Our crèche is available every Sunday in the prayer chapel throughout the 11am service. There is an audio feed into the room and a large selection of toys to play with so everyone can be entertained. Full changing facilities are available in the accessible toilet. You do not need to sign up to use the creche.
Please note that parents/ guardians must remain with their children when using the creche.
Kids' Church (Reception to Year 6)
At Kids’ Church we love to see children come together and explore their faith. In our Sunday sessions we do Bible studies, games and social events that will help us build a strong community. We gather in church at 11am then head to our rooms in the crypt after the collect of the day. If you would like your child to join, please complete this online form and someone will get back to you.
Please note: Kids’ Church is the first, second and third Sundays of the month. We do not run sessions over the school holidays, but there are activities at the back of the church.
Does your child love to sing?
Join us at St Mary’s Young Singers!
Our children’s choir, St Mary’s Young Singers, is a non-selective community of children who love music and singing. It is open to all children aged six and above.
Young Singers perform throughout the year at church services and special events, such as the Light Party and Family Fun Day. Rehearsals take place every Tuesday from 5:00 to 5:45 pm in the church during term time.
To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all members, we ask everyone to follow our Ground Rules. You can read them here.
If your child would like to join, please complete this form and someone will get back to you. Any questions please contact our Children and Families Minister at janis.hui@stmaryislington.org.
