St Mary’s Clergy Team Announcement

We are delighted to announce that Rev Heather Valletta will be joining St Mary's as our new Associate Vicar from mid July. Heather is currently serving as a Curate in Guildford Diocese and leads Heatherside Church. She will be working closely with Rev. James at St Mary's to meet the expanding needs, makeup and size of our congregation. Heather will also offer support to Hope Church, our partner church.

Rev James Hughesdon said: “Heather's appointment as Associate Vicar is a significant step for St Mary's. She brings a deep passion for mission, growing disciples and growing congregations. I am looking forward to all that God will do at St Mary's and across our partnership through Heather's ministry amongst us. Please hold Heather in your prayers as she prepares to move to Islington and join St Mary's.”

Heather's licensing will be on the evening of Tuesday 14 July at St Mary's to which everyone is welcome.
