St Mary's Weekly Eco Tip: Sustainable food is cheaper

A large international study has found that, compared to typical omnivorous diets, a vegan diet is one-third cheaper, and a vegetarian diet is almost a third cheaper, in rich countries like the UK. What’s good for the planet is good for the pocket.
