St Mary’s is recruiting for an Associate Vicar with passion for mission, confident disciples and growing congregations. Working as part of a large team operating across two churches, the Associate Vicar will be a key member of clergy for St Mary’s congregation. We are already growing as a church in depth, numbers and impact and the Associate Vicar will be a leader for congregational development and creative growth to allow us to continue to meet the expanding needs and makeup of our congregation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation and success of our mission strategy

  • Coordinating and helping to develop the worshipping pattern of St Mary’s

  • Identifying and pioneering new mission opportunities
