St Mary's Weekly Eco Tip: Christian Aid Week

Christian Aid has concentrated on raising funds for its work during a week in May for many years now. This year the week will be 11-17 May, 2025. While it works both in the UK and abroad, it is increasingly raising funds to combat climate change, particularly in less developed countries. Sometimes this is providing drought-resistant seeds or an irrigation kit; sometimes it is training groups of farmers in better agricultural techniques to conserve both soil and water.
