We're seeing growth in our children's and youth ministry and are preparing for some exciting developments. Children and young people aren't just special to us, we want to offer them opportunities for growth and contribution.
On Sundays, we offer a full range of age-specific groups, from the creche, through to teenagers. Many members of St Mary's lead children's groups, co-ordinated by Alexandra Lilley. On Sunday evenings, our new SMS group for 10 to 14 year-olds has seen rapid growth.
Tim Broadbent has been appointed as our Youth Minister, and he's now working to nurture faith in a new generation.
We have committed ourselves to the Children's Charter, making children fully part of St Mary's through welcome, worship, mission and nurture.
Our own St Mary's Youth Club and St Mary's Pre-School are led by the innovative St Mary Islington Community Partnership, and we have excellent links with St Mary's Primary School.
