Maverick political comedian, Mark Thomas, will be previewing his new show, '100 Acts of Minor Dissent', at St Luke's West Holloway on Sunday 21 July, in aid of Housing Justice. The show is described as ‘subversive, hilarious, occasionally inspiring and mainly legal’ - and is probably not for the easily offended. However Mark's provocative comedy is motivated by a deep sense of social justice, that resonates with Jesus' teaching about truth and power.
All the proceeds from the evening will go to Housing Justice, a fantastic Christian charity, which campaigns for fairer housing and equips churches to meet the needs of people who are homeless.
Tickets are available here. For those interested in going from St Mary's, we will gather at the back of church after the evening service.
