One-hour Historical Walk

We will start at Richard Cloudesley’s Tomb in St Mary’s churchyard, then visit the “Stoney Fields” which continues to provide income for the Cloudesley charity today.
On the way we pass the Almeida theatre, go though the hole in the wall and across Islington back road. We take in past events at the Old Agricultural Hall, then cross Upper street and consider the historic crossroads of Islington waterways in Duncan Street.

In Colebrooke Row we pass Charles and Mary Lamb’s white cottage and walk back to St Mary’s past the Little Angel Theatre.

Please note that this event is for those aged 10 and over. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Register for the historical walk here.
